Faith and Grace

Trust is another word for belief. Faith, trust and grace are closely related. If we get something from God, we cannot work it out on our own, we can only trust that it has been given to us freely.
God confirms his word
"They went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord was working and confirming the word with the signs that followed."
Markus 16,20
God does not abandon us and operates through His Word, confirming it with following signs and wonders.
Searching will be rewarded
"you will seek me and find me...."
Jeremiah 29:13
In my opion, this is the greatest promise that God has given us. Who wouldn't want to meet and spend time with the Creator, the God of the universe in person?
How offen in life have we searched for things in vain and not found them. But God himself gives us the promise that we will find him. The only requirement for this is to seek him. This should motivate us, because we know that our seeking will be rewarded.
God hears our prayer
"If you call me,......then I will listen to you"
Jeremiah 29:12
What a promise that God gives us and definitely keeps, for he's not a men that he should lie.
The only condition: we have to call on him.
At this point I would like to encourage everyone to call on him with faith and expectation. God keeps his promises.
God's love heals our soul!
Every wrong and evil word that reaches us is inaffective because he said that we are 'Beloved'.

Healing through Discipleship
"...and a great crowd followed Jesus, and he healed them all..." Matthew 12:15
Following Jesus brings healing to body, soul and spirit. Note that it is written that Jesus healed all who followed him. Following Jesus means not losing sight of him and his word and going his way.
rest for the soul
Jesus, and therefore God the Father, is meek and humble of heart. We may experience and learn these traits in His presence by becoming like Him (meek and humble, submitting to His care and word with meekness, and surrendering our concerns to Him). The result is peace and tranquility for our souls.
calm in hard times
"Come to me, all you who are weary and heavy laden, and I will give you rest" Matthew 11:28
This is a promise to all who struggle with daily life and feel the burden of life. In his presence he will give us rest and we can relax there. He himself will show us how to do this.

Wide space
Psalm 31:8+9
"I am glad and happy about your kindness,.....recognize the need of my soul.........;you put my feet on wide space."
Even in times of need and distress, God is with us, recognizes our situation and puts our feet wide open.
God is light
" This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all."

God is light and he is always good. This is the rock, Jesus Christ, on which we stand.

Think like God - Think like God
God has good thoughts of peace upon us.
When we become one with God's mind, it will bring us peace, future and hope.
